The challenge
Orders arrived through chats, calls and forms, and were tracked in a shared sheet.
Admins spent their day answering status questions and sending the same emails by hand.
What we built
- A portal where every order is captured once and moves through clear stages.
- Transactional emails that go out automatically at each stage.
- An admin dashboard for workload, bottlenecks and order history.
How AI is used
An AI assistant inside the portal is planned to answer routine questions and prepare orders, cutting admin load further.
Result
Orders live in one place with a visible status, and customers get updates without an admin writing each one.
